Refund and Returns Policy

We will do our best to make sure that the goods shipped to you are in good conditions. Please check the packages carefully when you receive it, if it is not in the good condition, then do not sign for it, take some pictures or videos and contact us immediately, we will deal with it. We are not responsible for the item lost, damage after sign for.

Items purchased over 30 days will not be accepted.

Return and refunds:

–All tea are final sale. We apologize but due to heath and safety reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges on tea. This includes gift packs with tea.

–Teawares with quality problem, if notified in 24 hours (from the date products were received), we can offer you the full refund.

–Customer needs to send the item back to us, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Exchange:

–Teawares with quality problem, if notified in 72 hours (from the date products were received), can be replaced.

–Customer needs to send the item back to us, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and ship the new item to you within 2-3 business days.

Please note that there are certain situation where only partial refund are granted(if applicable):

“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.”
“I am not satisfied with this product.”
“The product did not arrive in time”

Gifts:

If the item was send as a gift, then this item is not subject to return and exchange.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
